Iberia Performing Arts League (IPAL)

The Iberia Performing Arts League, also known as IPAL, is a community theater organization based in New Iberia, Louisiana. Its mission is to promote live theater in New Iberia and to enhance the community.

JPAS/Jefferson Performing Arts Society

Founded in 1978 by Dennis G. Assaf and Hannah Cunningham, the Jefferson Performing Arts Society (JPAS) is a non-profit professional arts organization whose mission is to promote arts performance, training, and outreach by providing a diverse range of quality programs that entertain, educate and enrich the cultural and economic vitality of Jefferson Parish, Greater New Orleans and the Gulf South. JPAS focuses on three main elements: Performance: JPAS annually provides a wide range of theatrical performances that appeal to many interests and age groups.

La Petite Theatre du Vieux Carre

Lake Charles Little Theatre

Annabel Essary Dees convened a meeting at her Ford Street residence on January 7, 1927. The guests at her home that Friday evening included Emma Michie, Mrs. J.W. Gardiner, Mary Gayle Porter and a ironwilled 26-year-old named Rosa Hart, the purpose of the meeting was to flesh out a new community theatre group for Lake Charles. 

LSU - Swine Palace
